I applied for a advance on my existing home loan and needed some help with the forms (and advice) and seeing that I had to deal with a consultant from head office (I think) which I could not hear very well on the telephone, I was somewhat lost regarding the do's and don'ts of the new contract. I went to the branch in Nelspurit and Xolani assisted me... she explained everything to me... made me a copy of the original... faxed my contract through to the correct person and then offered to courier the original to head office!
