I always have the best experience when dealing with the Outsurance call centre, and today was no different. I had phoned to insure my iPhone, and was initially given a premium on the iPhone of about R300.
I had expressed that this was much more than I anticipated and I was put through to a senior consultant named Clinton, again I had the best service ever and he was extremely efficient, above all this he had arranged for a discount on my premium of almost R220 which obviously translates into the fact that I am only effectively paying R80 for the extra cover.
