Debit order on account, but always in arrears

Debit order on account, how's it possible that there's an amount in arrears, this is not the
first time, I'm starting to get really annoyed with this.
I'm not going to loose my car for R8-05 and letting you destroy my credit too!!!

Sort out this mess!!!
