FNB Marital Status Problems

I applied for a personal loan, all fair and well, I went online, did everything, and guess what! The site bombs out on me saying that according to my statement I get paid on another day! Really?

So phoned in did another 40mins call, which ended up in a disaster as according to them I am married, so I had to pay for an ITC check and go to Home Affairs! Just to find out that I'm really not married!

FNB caused me so much hastles, to go to the Department of Home Affairs, and do an ITC check on myself, which doesnt just cos money but time!

Are you going to refund me?
Are you going to sort out your systems?
Do I need to go to the bank again and wait in a queue?
Is it going to take another 3 weeks to get sorted like the previous time?

Why do you provide me with incorrect data and let me run wild, thinking that I am really married?

Who ever is going to reply on this, please do not tell me someone is going to call me like the previous time and never do it! I would like a manager to give me a call, if you cannot provide me with a manager, i do not want to speak to you, because, as it was said, you cant do anything from a call centre.
