Being a loyal Outsurance client for many years, I even recommended them to friends and colleagues, I never ever expected their service levels to the extent that I am considering taking my business to the competition.
Recently I added a vehicle to my policy and was informed that having a level 4 Vesa approved alarm system installed will have a substantial drop in my premiums. I susbsequently had the system installed (by an Outsurance approved Co.) and immediatly e-mailed the certificate to Outsurance as proof of installation. Sadly this is where the nightmare began...
Although I received confirmation that the certificate was received, Outsurance continually spammed my mobile with sms's requesting the certificate. I contacted client support, who confirmed that they do have the certificate - I subsequently resent the certificate and received an e-mail from Livhuwanie Nekhalale confirming receipt on 12/06. Out of the blue, a month later, I am receiving spam sms's from them again, claiming non receipt of the certificate!!!
Seriously Outsurance, what is going on?
