Quite impressed with the claims process thus far, been dealing with Tjaart Steyn, he organised car hire within 15min of me requesting and he's kept me informed on all new developments on the claim, got a call from the Snr Consultant today verifying claim info and he was very friendly as well, good customer service thus far in the claim process, hope it continues up until finalization of this claim.
