Postage of letters

I was blacklisted after I could not pay my loan with the bank and a garnish was placed with my current employer which I accectped. But after paying up the account on the 25 July 2011. In 2012 january I spoke to the collections department asking for the original paid up letters to please be posted to me as the attorneys who remove judgement on your name need that but a year later I still have to receive my post and their phones ring unanswered and leaving a voicemail has proved useless.
