I have a maintenance plan with these people, and when i changed my bank I forgot to notify them in December. On the 15th Jan I made a manual payment and informed them (Kellein) of the change in my banking details, and asked them to change it on their systems. The same month my car went for a service, and I paid R4 600, and KELLEIN promised that I shoudl pay and this would be refunded (You can listen to the phone recordings), and to date this hasnt happened. I learnt that this person hasnt updated my banking details and in Feb they still tried to debit the closed account, and they're refusing to refund me. I have sent many documents to them, but I'm not getting a favourable response, I even said they shoudl deduct teh premium from teh amount I shoudl get, but they're refusing. I'm very unhappy with the service and emand that I get my money back, and am even considering getting a better service provider for this!!!
