Do right the first time

This is the second time I have to complain before I can get service!!!

I lost my card about three weeks ago, I went into one of the branches to get it replaced. I got a new card and was advised to change my pin. I did that. Upon trying to withdraw. I was advised that it would take 24 hours but they helped me insede the bank. They told me that my pin and everything has been reset and I should not worry.

I had an interview today, upon trying to withdraw the last cents I have in the account, I am told to go into the branch as my pin needs to reset! This is a huge inconvenience for me, I have had to miss an opportunity to find work!

I am not interested in going into the branch not after I was assured that everything had been sorted out. I have no interest in staying with STD, I just ask that you somehow free my last sents and I walk away in peace, it has been a very bad stay with them thus fa
