I have been unable to withdraw money, transfer money, set up a beneficiary for my student loan account-which has been handed over to SBM attorneys without prior notification thereof or of account number changes whatsoever. I have visited my branch to reset my pin after my Internet banking password and csp was reset. I have spoken to customer care where I was told that diagnostics need to be performed on my card because there's no other reason why I cannot withdraw or transfer. No transaction notifications whatsoever even after registering. Ridiculous. Absolutely terrible service.
