I called in on the 13/02/2013 and logged my cell phone claim. Claim no:436775. On Friday the 15th. My phone was picked up and I received feedback on Monday from Suze. She advised they could'nt fix the phone so it will be replaced. She told me how much will be access and that i will receive a call from their service provider about how do i pay and delivery details. She said they were gonna call me that day monday, i then emailed her and requested info on how is access calculated and the criteria used in selecting the replacement phone. That was Monday, I sent a follow up email on tuesday 19th and today 20th and still no feedback from her and still no call from ''service provider''. Yesterday a lady by name of Marta called and i told her i was still waiting, she said she was gonna send me the info i requested from Suze and she also did'nt keep her word. I need a phone urgently! and mi way is failing me!!
