No Feedback on Policy Renegotiation

Phoned Miway since my Risk profile changed.

New year, car devaluated and all that. Drive 60% less than previous.(Because I take the Gautrain most of the time)
Moved to a way more secure area.
On top of all of this my Premium increased by R4. Which in honesty is not a lot. But i expected it to go down.

Got told by the Call centre assistant that she would get a manager to phone me back to see if they can lower my premium. Still waiting Been more than a week now
