Had an accident, the car was towed by insurance who then promised to have it fixed this was in July2012 last year.the insurance promised to fix the car and when I was in contact with them they kept on passing the buck n referring to other people. They have all failed to give me proper feedback as to when am I getting my car back, they have organized a car from car rental however this is almost a year without my car and I am still paying insurance or a car I do not have at my possession.they all promised to resolve this and I have not found any joy in this insurance.my policy no. 828430563.
All I want now is this car fixed or a new car or money to replace my car cause one claim should not take so long.
