Hi

I AM TIRED OF THIS INSURANCE.. All they know how to do is PASS THE BUCK..NEVER TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND NO FEED BACK.

it has been almost a year and i still DO NOT HAVE MY CAR..I AM TIRED OF THEM GIVING ME THEIR STUPID LOAN CAR AND ASSUMING THAT THIS IS THEM SOLVING THE PROBLEM.

I logged this car in for repairs last year and it is ALMOST A YEAR NOW..

I am going to take this further than HELLO PETER, you will be hearing from my lawyer and from other consumer complaints boards.

if my car is not fixed by Wednesday latest and if i do not get any PROPER response (meaning when my car is ready) i will not be a very friendly customer cause I AM SERIOUSLY TIRED of hearing NOTHING from Dial Direct.

I AM ESCALATING THIS FURTHER if there is NO FEEDBACK.
