Good customer service

I went to African Bank in Fourways Mall on Monday 18/02/2013 to resolve my debite order problem, i forgotten my ID book, to my suprise she did nt chase me away she suggested some other way to get my id book. unfortunatly my problem was nt resolved on the same day because i did nt manage to get my id book, but the following day she managed to get my id book an my problem was resolved faster than i expected.

I want to say Thank you Bigilia for going extra mile to try an resolve my problem. i hope your boss will notice your hard work.
