I went to apply for a simple loan but what a and inconvenience service I got from the manager I think that so called MANAGER needs to go for a communication skills program rrr that's bull the MANAGER just said that's unfortunate and she took her time I hate that bank after 6 years banking with it even now I did not get that Loan I had all the documents the agent told me to bring brought those since, Friday (15/02/2013) I went and they said they need a letter from HR and today (Monday 10/02/2013) I went with my contract from HR and still they did not help since Friday what a waste of time I hate hate hate hate hate that so called CAPITEC and the MANAGER r rrr that branch should be closed rrr bored to death. I HATE THE MANAGER .I hate hate hate . why did i waste my time going there.
