STILL NO MONEY REVERSED

I LAID A COMPLAINT AGAINST AFRICAN BANK COS THEY CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL R250 WHICH MUST BE REVESED TO MY ACCOUNT. THE LADT CALLED AND SAID I NEEDED A BANK STATEMENT AND MY ID BOOK IN ORDER FOR THEM TO REVERSE THE TRANSACTION.

BEFORE THIS IT HAPPENED AND THE GUY THAT ASSISTED ME 2MONTHS AGO NEVER REQUESTED AND ID BOOK OR BANK STATEMENT, WHY NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN THIS LADY REQUESTED THIS STUFF. I DONT HAVE A ID BOOK ANYMORE ITS GONE SO WHAT NOW?

I STILL DIDNT GET MY MONEY BACK AND I WANT IT BACK TODAY!!! IM FED UP WITH AFRICAN BANK.
