I reported tha i was really unhappy with the fact the my rewards have still not been activated as I was told when a few weeks after I received my Gold card at the Florida branch that it would be done. yet is was still not done. Icalled to complain about it and recieved a reference number 2211766 on 24/01/2013 at 12:46 and received a email from Curtis Katz stating that the transactions for 16 December to 15 January will appear under transactions but teh balances for these will only reflect first week of Feb 2013. but yet to my satisfaction it was not done i complain again on the 18/02/2013 and the feedback i received on 19/02/2013 is unfortunately you were not registerd and the e-mail is for clients who are registerd for the Absa Rewards programme but the Absa Rewards balance do not appear on internet banking.
SO WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO AFTER I REPORTED IT SO MANY TIME AND THEN I GET THIS FEEDBACK.
YOU GAVE ME FALSE FEEDBACK JUST TO SHUT ME UP.
FOR THE PAST 4 MONTH ALL I HAD FROM YOU IS BAD SERVISE. 1ST YOU CHARGE ME FOR A NEW CARD AFTER I ORDERED A NEW ONE IT TOOK 3 MONTHS BEFORE SOMEONE SORTED IT OUT, IN DECEMBER I CALLED IN 4 TIMES AND NOW THIS, :-(
