I nearly try for two weeks, and a lot of expense to get a statement from ABSA BANK. They must go and look in the archive because i need a statement for August/September/October 1998. Nobody can get hold of it. Mary at Polokwane Savannah Branch is the only person trying to help. The call centres told me they do not know the procedure how to get hold of this. I need this urgently for a Court Case. I allready closed my account at ABSA on Saturday due to lack of service. I stopped a DT-order about 6 months ago, and on Friday i received a sms, i must put sufficient money in my acc to let the DT orders through. Pathetic...
