I would like to express my utter disappointment at the bad service I received from FNB Today, I have always had an account with FNB, although I received my salary to my Standard Bank account, I recently moved my salary payments about 3 months ago.. I went in the Boulders Branch today, after waiting for a long time to open my daughters savings accounts, I was advise my documents were not on the system so I need a proof of address (even though when I opened my account, I provided them with all the details, I was told to try the Carlswald Brand where I opened my account.. After waiting for 45 minutes at the Carlwald Branch, I was advised that I needed my proof of address, SO MUCH ABOUT SWITCHING TO A BETTER BANK..i MEAN REALLY AFTER WAITING IN THE QUEUE FOR 45 MINS, FNB YOU GOTTA CHANGE THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS NO MATTER HOW SMALL...
