It has now been a year and a half since my accident and still my vehicle is not repaired properly.
In July 2011 I had an accident with my car, since then my car has been back 13 times for re-work.
Recently (December 2012) my car started leaking oil again and turbo started making funny sounds, the repairer (Euro diesel) had already closed for December so my car was only collected in January.
When I received my car back the Battery was dead and there was a flat wheel, I collected a battery from the repairer 2 weeks later as they could not send it to me as "I lived too far".
I installed the battery and drove to the garage only to find that the car was not repaired properly and is still leaking oil and the car was smoking heavily.
It has now been almost another week since I brought it to the attention of VMI and still waiting for someone to tell me what is going on.
I am sick of calling as no one can give me answers and no one is going to reimburse me for the airtime that I spent trying to sort this out and my account spent is already R1257.89 on telephone calls to VMI.
Next step is the OSTI and a lawyer...
