CREDIT CARD NEDBANK DEPARTMENT POOR SERVICES

I DO HAVE A CREDIT CARD WITH NEDBANK, I CHANGE MY BANK DETAILS LAST YEAR ON JUNE I PHONE THE TO INFORM ABOUT MY NEW BANK ACCOUNT THAT WILL START DEDUCTING ON JULY. BUT THE DEBIT WAS NOT GO THROUG, I ALSO PHONE THEM AGAIN THEIR PROMISED ME THAT THEIR UPDATE ON THE SYSTEM BUT AT THE ENS OF THE MONTH THE DEBIT ORDER DID NOT GO THROUGH, I WENT TO MY NEW BANK I MADE THE STOP ORDER, I WAS USING MY ID NUMBER AS A REFERENCE, THE DEBIT GO THROUGH FOR SEPTEMEBR AND OCTOBER AT THE END OF OCTOBER I RECEIVED THE MESSAGE THAT MY ACCOUNT ARE ON ARREAS, I PHONE THEM AND FAX THEM APROVE OF PAYMENT SEVERALLY TIMES, THEIR PROMISE ME THAT THEIR WILL UPDATE AND PHONE ME, THEIR TOOK MY ACCOUNT TO LEGAL DEPARTMENT. EVEN LEGAL DEPARMENT THEIR WILL NEVER PHONE ME BACK ABOUT THE PROVE OF PAYEMNT THAT I FAX, NOW ARE ON THE ARREAS BECAUSE OF THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES I AM PAYING INTREST ON MY ACCOUNT DUE TO THEIR POOR SERVICES. EVEN TODAY THEIR DID NOT DEDUCT ON THE DAY THAT I GAVE THEM, BY DOING THAT THEIR WANT TO BE A BAD PAYER, DUE TO THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES.
