I called into the FNB call centre to open my account. Spoke to a very friendly lady who promised to email me switching forms but never did. I was supposed to have gotten my card delivered to carlton centre branch within 7 working days it has now been 11 days. No card no feedback no email no account. I was going to transfer my entire banking needs to FNB. Debit card credit card and mortgage one day but thanks for nothing I am headed to standard bank as I type this.
