TERRIBLE SERVICE

I applied for a new cheque account with FNB. All documents have been submitted, the card was delivered - now I cannot activate the card to actually use it.

I have phoned the call centre about this 2 weeks ago and they said that the process takes a while and that someone will call me. 2 weeks later no one has phoned. I cannot use my card and this is a major inconvenience for me.

Maybe switching to FNB wasn't such a great idea.
