EMAILS SEND OVER AND OVER AND NO RESPONSE

I have sent emails since the 15th of February 2013 till yesterday. I had NO RESPONSE at all.

I am a client now for many year of this bank and if you don't value your costomers is this the way totreat them!!!

I have made enquiries over and over but with no luck.

I need a response within the next 2 days!!!

I know I am very angry at the moment - I had never this kind of treatment.

Maybe it is time for me and my other collueges to move on to another bank.

Hope you can resolve my query ASAP! I expect an email back with all that I queried!!!
