Standard Bank Insurance is incapable of answering an email query. It has well over 3 weeks and counting since I asked for clarification on your wording in a contract. On August 15th 2013 I asked for clarification on a phrase within a contract that you issued to me regarding my claim. 3 days later, I reminded the consultant, Lisa, to clarify the phrase. "No response" was the response. A couple of days later I sent the same email to their superior and still got no response. Again I sent an email, and like always, "no response". I have sent numerous emails, and till date there has not been any response.
When has it become "Standard" practice not to respond to a client on queries on a contract before signing it? Or is this how Standard Bank Insurance operates? Sign on dotted line, and don't ask questions?
