I have sent an email to [Email Removed] on the 19 February 2013, I haven't received any kind of response or notion that my query is even being looked at... again sent a email to [Email Removed] to assist me and no response. Please explain to me how I can have an acceptance agreement which indicates 15% interest and I end up paying a massive interest rate of 92.37%.
Meaning a inital outstanding balance of R1, 136.20 has turned into a debt of R23, 161.67 which is virtually impossible to pay off at interest rate 92.37% . I will be 113 years when I pay off this debt???
Please look into emails I sent on 19th and 26th February 2013.
