I took a loan with African Bank to consolidate some debt. First thing that I noticed was that the gross salary was not taken in determining the loan but all incentives and overtime in and made that gross. I only noticed that when my financial position changed - I have been send emails to the bank and their CEO Mr L. Kirkinis and there has been no response - so now feb payment did not go through and I have still not got a response from the bank.
What can I do - I am lost for words that no one cares.
I am putting this on Hello Peter in the hope that this matter can be resolved
