Alarm system struck by lighting - Sanele - sales consultant DOES NOT return calls, does not respond to emails - they say I must get another service provider but then we will be responsible to pay anything above their RATES - but they are UNCLEAR about this - so we are struck wthout being able to sort out our alarm system and have no security.. Trying to get hold of them and their one and only Assessor Suvesh Chokay (only assessor in Durban) -doesn't return my calls either!!! Can someone at SA Home loans get your phones fixed and/or retur your clients calls - I want answers to as to whether I can get my own person to fix my alarm or not!!! Its very strange that your phones suddenly don't work but I am pretty sure if your clients payments didn't come through your phones and email would work pretty quickly. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
