I increased my RCP on the 24 Jan 2012 at Rosebank branch. My debit date is the 25th of every month which Standard Bank did go and debited my account. To my suprise they went they yet again and debited my account on the 31st of Jan 2013. If i didnt check my account that day it would mean that i will have unpaid. I Been calling the call centre and the first guy I spoke to, which i regretfully forgot his name told me that nothing has went off my account and i should wait. I called again yesterday and a guy by the name of Llewelyn Donster advised he has to talk to his Manager about this and will call me today before 12.
I wasnt supried as i didnt get that call as promised. I yet made another call and this time a lady by the name of Thandi picked up. She told me told hold and she will see how best she will help me as she doesnt have the system to view my account. i held on for close to 10 min without her coming back to me and i eventually hung up. Am disgiusted of how Standard Bank consultants treat their clients. Am not a happy customer right am fuming as their not even symphatic or helpful.
