First National Bank
Trying to 'switch' to FNB

Am doing my best to move my bank to FNB but they are not responding! I have been into the Rondebosch branch twice but have had to leave due to slow service (only one consultant on duty) PLUS sent a request via the FNB website - which came back saying the they had been trying to call me (rubbish!!) and that I must call them!! Why bother advertising if they cannot provide a service.
