FNB's website claims on their website 'Switch to FNB' in under 10 minutes, it took me 8 weeks to finally switch over to FNB, and I still had to switch the majority of my debit orders myself. Then they have 'Smart Device' specials for new accounts. It takes them 10 days to come back to you AFTER I had to phone 4 times to find out what is happening and whether they had forgotten about me? Even IF you complain on this site, they attempt ONE phone call to you, and if you are unable to answer that is it! One call. No effort is made to sort out problems.
