I have tried on 2 different occastions to get a consultant to phone me back after I requested to open a account via their website. On both occasions I have recieved a email to say that a consultant will phone me back. it has been more that 48hrs since my request. still nothing.

Is this the response and treatment I can expect from FNB? Then I will rather stay with Standard Bank.
Not impressed FNB, Not impressed...

PS: If i receive an Automated, generalized response, I will not change over to FNB. it shows lack of concern and individuality.
