Last night a man broken into my car and violated me. This morning I phoned Outsurance to claim for my things that has been and my broken window. WOW!! They went an extra mile to calm me down and help me with the whole procedure. Naeema Ismail was absolutely amazing, by helping me feel better and get all the necessary detail. After the whole claim i found out I had another policy at outsurance. Yagan Naidoo phoned me straight after I dealt with claim and sorted out my second policy. He arranged to fund me back for all the months we doubled paid straight into my account. Thank you outsurance for your excellent service. With people like Naeema and Yagan you are the best rated insurance company in this country. I am a proud outsurance company!!!
