Called Outsurance on a Friday afternoon to report no hot water in my geyser. How amazing to deal with such compitent people who arranged the plumber and kept constant feedback reporting to me. The plumbers arrived within the stated 45 minutes from the time of my call to Outsurance. The only cost to me was the parts that had broken. I am truly grateful to Outsurance and Hendrik for really brilliant service and taking away the hassle.
