Still waiting for my car - No urgency

After reporting this matter on helopeter, i am just receiving sms updtaes with no details or commitment both from insurer and repairer of when will i get my car. the new story now is that they are waiting for PG Glass to me and fit the rear window.

I am not sure for how long will i still have to wait for this car.
