No stock, No Feedback, Confusing Excuses

After having my rear left side window shattered I put a claim in to have it replaced on the 14th of November 2013.
I was told that they had to wait a maximum of 3 weeks from Jeep to source the window. On the 17th of December I get I phone call saying I can come in, the window has arrived, the next day I get another phone call saying that they made a mistake it is somebody else's order.

Knowing that it is the year end, I waited until after the 6th of January and phoned again to find out what is going on, the only answers I keep getting is that they will find out and phone me back, I am yet to be phoned.

No ETA, no urgency on their part. It is 2 months already after I put the claim in. So how much longer must I wait.
