I won money from kellogs and was sent a sms that the payment was made through M-pesa i should go to a M-pesa outlet in 7days well i went to a outlet in southgate vodacom center as its there product with no success i was told that i should try another outlet i then proceeded to lenasia outlet and was told they dont run that services i must try another outlet how is it possible to have a M-pesa payout sign outside yet you dont render that service i then went to craighall park 1st day i was told that they do payouts but they cant pay me out i must register i then called M-pesa customer service they direct me back when i got back to the outlet i was told that they dont do pay out again customer care sent me back the outlets manager ran away and a old woman tried to assist me but couldnt get me my money this was at the 7th day already i then spoke to plecenta at M-pesa and she told me they would extend it i should get my money the next day when i called the next day to confirm i was told that the money is gone i cant get by charity at M-pesa now what a pathetic service i will escalte the matter as why release a product when your staff is not trained now i lost my money cause of this
