I have been a client of FNB for a number of years, I have dealt with a number of people. But never ever have I ever had such excellent service. Giovanni Pietromartire is 100% dedicated to FNB and their clients, on one occasion I was at FNB Northgate and people were waiting for Giovanni they did not want to speak to anyone else, so that says a lot. They would rather wait than speak to someone else. Giovanni you are dedicated, helpful and go beyond the call of duty, what can I say you are a Super Star. Management at FNB you have a gem there and all employees at FNB Northgate can take a leaf out of his book. Thank you once again.
