BAD service and advise from STD

I got a homeloan bond from STD at prime 2.25 which they said I must accept the quote and once the bond is in place I must move my accounts to them and they will look at a better rate. In January we were told by the call centre to go through to the main branch in JHB and there they would help us, on arrival the security could also only speak to the call centre and we were not helped, we phoned the call centre while driving home and they said that they wont look at the rate as we need to be a client for a year after moving our accounts. I went to ABSA they have agreed to take over my bond at prime less 1, I went to STD as I needed a statement from STD for ABSA to complete the paperwork, I decided to give STD the benefit of the doubt. I was taken to the sales conlsultants and was told to sit in a queue of which there was only one person in front of me. There are 5 sales consultants of which 1 was on the phone, 1 was helping the customer in front of me and 3 were not at there desks, this is the second time I received bad service from STD and the last I am moving my accounts to ABSA. Don't bother contacting me, I just wanted to bring this to someones attention.
