I cannot stand my bank anymore!!!

I received an email on monday for an upgrade to a platinum credit card and i had to follow the link. I was really excited as the thought of better rates was comforting however today when i have the time off to actually get the application done.after following the link i was taken to a page that told me i could no longer uograde the card and i must call 0875751111 which i did and a very rude unhelp excuse of a human being who didnot assist me told me to call 0116322212 which i did and as usual i was unable to be assisted as i did not qualify for the upgrade but an email was sent to me. I am starting to hate me bank for giving me false hope. Do not send me emails and to me abt something that i am able to get only to bring my hopes down again. Rather not inform me of anything and let me be. At this stage Std bank is offering me more benefits than fnb and it is really infuriating me that a bank that i have been with for a while just takes me for granted and sees me as a number!!!
