I took out a loan with Bruma Finance in August 2012. This loan was to be paid back in 6 installment. The last instalment is due 5 February 2013. I phoned them on Monday 14 January 2013 to confirm the last installment amount and was told by a very rude consoltant that I still owe them 3 installments. She refused to give me her name. The amount that I had to pay back was R6000.00, I already paid R5372.72 and have proof of it on my bank statements. I requested a statement on Monday and still have not received it. If I don't get a statement from them by latets tomorrow, I will be forced to do a stop payment at my bank to protect myself and pay the outstanding amount in cash to their bank. This is not acceptable to me.
