My father has recently been placed on retirement without warning, which means he has no income to continue paying policies, my thought is that after paying so much and for so long, that a company would look after a retiree. They have no problem taking the money for 11 years with each year the policy going up 10 %. Now when my father wants to cancel the contract and try to get some of the money from the policy he is told he cannot, that he must cancel the policy and he will receive nothing, this is ridiculous.
i would appreciate it if this is dealt with the utmost urgency.
