I have an existing retirement annuity policy with metro. then i decided in april to get a second policy. todate i have not recieved any documents. yet they want to take money from me. the policy number is 4275042108. my argument with the lousy call centre is this. why are they taking money for a policy i did not overlook. why msut i sign my id 3 times to cancel the policy i did nto recieve and thought it does not exist? i refuse to do this inconveinient things. i want it cancelled
