FNB CONSULTANT CALLS CLIENT STUPID

I WENT INTO FNB AT BOULDERS MALL, MIDRAND, DUE TO THE FACT THAT I HAD ACCIDENTALLY BLOCKED MY E-WALLET/ CELLPHONE BANKING..IM FAIRLY NEW TO FNB AND MOVED FROM ABSA BECAUSE I FELT THAT FNB IS THE BEST SOUTH AFRICAN BANK, ALWAYS PUTTING THE CLIENTS NEEDS FIRST AND COMING UP WITH AWESOME SOLUTIONS TO OUT EVERYDAY PROBLEMS CONCERNING BANKING.

SO THERE I GO, SIT DOWN AT THE CONSULTANTS DESK (MISS DREADLOCKS, CANT REMEMBER HER NAME) I EXPLAIN TO HER WHAT HAD HAPPENED, THAT I'M A FIRST TIME USER AND THAT I HAD ACCIDENTALLY BLOCKED MY PIN.THEN SHE PROCLAIMS OUT LOUD "AAH YOUR STUPID, HOW CAN YOU DO THAT? ITS SO EASY TO USE THE E-WALLET SERVICES! "

I THEN WENT ON TO TELL HER ABOUT MY CARD.THAT IVE MOVED FROM LADYBRAND AND LDB BRANCH SAID TO ASK FOR YOUR BRANCH TO LET THEM KNOW WHICH ADDRESS THEY CAN SEND MY CARD TOO, SHE THEN SHE SAID THAT "YOU PEOPLE FROM LADYBRAND ARE SLOW HEY, AND THEY WAY YOU DEAL WITH THINGS IS STRANGE (LDB FNB BRANCH). I THEN ASKED FOR THE MANAGER, BUT THE DREADLOCKED CONSULTANT HAD SAID THAT THE MANAGER WAS NOT IN.

I'M NOT IMPRESSED WITH THIS SERVICE AT ALL, HOW CAN FNB CONSULTANTS INSULT AND BELITTLE THEIR CLIENTS?
