BAD SERVICE BY BUSINESS PORTFOLIO MANAGER

I AM NOT GONNA HELP YOU AND I WILL BE BLOCKING YOUR ACCOUNT BY TOMORROW IF I DO NOT GET YOUR SIGNED FORM TOGETHER WITH A COPY OF YOUR ID, NOW I AM DROPPING YOUR PHONE AND THERE IS NO OTHER CHANNEL FOR COMPLAINING AT ABSA. THE PORTFOLIO MANAGER SAID THAT AS SHE DROPPED THE PHONE ON MY EARS.

THIS COMES AFTER I QUERIED WHY DOES SHE NEED MY ID COPY AND THE SIGNED FORM WHEREAS I AM NOT THE BUSINESS OWNER, THE RESIDENCE OF THE OWNER DOES NOT HAVE MY NAME ON IT, I AM JUST AN EMPLOYEE.

THE ISSUE STARTED IN NOVEMBER WHEN I, AS A BUSINESS MANAGER RECEIVED A CALL TO BRING THE FICA DOCUMENTS WHICH THE OWNER BROUGHT END OF NOVEMBER. THE DETAILS WERE NOT UPDATED AND IN DECEMBER AND JANUARY THE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN BLOCKED. THE MANAGER HAS THREATENED TO BLOCK IT AGAIN ON THE 15TH FEBRUARY.

I CALLED BUSINESS SUPPORT CENTRE LAST WEEK AND MAKE THE APPOINTMENT WITH THE BUSINESS PORTFOLIO MANAGER FOR THE 13TH FEBRUARY (REF 975927) BUT WHEN THE BUSINESS OWNER BROUGHT THE DOCUMENTS AS ADVICED BY THE SUPPORT CENTRE, SHE WAS DENIED HELP, TOLD THAT SHE DID NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT.

CAN WE BE ALLOCATED A MANAGER WITH INTEREST ON CLIENTS BECAUSE THE CURRENT ONE IS FOREVER NOT ASSISTING US
