First For Women Insurance
Very unhappy

I recently obtained a cheaper quote at another insurer.

I called first for women to cancel my insurance, and the lady in the retention department did not even try to retain me. I cancelled my policy, and noticed this morning that yet another premium was deducted.

I think this is very unprofessional service, being in the insurance industry myself
