I paid up my Truworths account in June 2012 and no-one had informed me that I had overpaid my account. it was only when I called in to find out if my account had been closed that this information was divulged to me. Since last year I have tried to call the company but with no results. One of these things happen when you call them:
1) you're caller number one and then they put you straight to voicemail
2) call gets dropped when they transfer you to the relevant department
I have numerous messages to be called back but till today no-one has called me. I don't know what to do anymore. I've been calling them since 13:00 today and one of the two things mentioned above always happens.
