I requested that someone call me regarding a product I would like to know more about from FNB. I have been banking there for a few months and am extremely impressed. A consultant phoned me this morning as I asked her if she would please phone me at 4pm as then I can really focus on what she has to say. She simply said 'NO' and continued rambling on about my account details. It wasnt even mentioned that the call is recorded which is required by law. This consultant then phoned me back 5 minutes later after I said I would rather find someone who can help me and then asked if she can phone me at midday. I understand that her hours are until 4pm but sometimes concession must be made. I am completely let down by a bank that prides itself on going the extra mile!
