Wow. I am so surprised that it is such a mission to open up a platinum account with Absa. I called and submitted my application telephonically, I then received sms's for documents "outstanding" that I sent 3 times, and surprisingly my 3 follow ups and promises to get Nerisha who is supposedly handling my application is in vain. No-one bothers to call back and Absa is filled with empty promises.
